Galvanized Sheet is a steel sheet which is coated with zinc using electrical processing; the galvanized sheets are properly used for the constructions which required a high corrosion resistance. They are higher corrosion resistance than cold-rolled steel sheets. Its surface of galvanized sheets is very smooth so they mostly used for forming, attaching, and welding with other materials; also, it can be sprayed on the sheets again which will not effect the sheets both physical and chemical changes. The standard for this sheet is JIS G 3313; the standard size is 4ft. Width x 8ft. Height and the range of thickness is between 0.4 mm. and 2.0 mm. The galvanized sheets are mostly used in automotive industry, furniture, advertising posts, switching box, electrical channel, and other electrical parts.
